and participants.Belly dance is beneficial in so many ways…it
encourages correct posture and flexibility, impacts the cardiovascular
system, builds core strength and reduces stress. Belly dance
has a tangible and positive effect on the emotional well being
of the dancer since it is an activity open to persons of all
body type, age and ethnicity.
